
Refund and Return Policy – ONEXCITY

This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which you can return, exchange, or request a refund for your purchase. By shopping on ONEXCITY, you agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
✔ The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
✔ The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
✔ The item must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened hair dryers cannot be returned unless defective.
2. Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
✔ Defective or Damaged Products – If the product arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional, we will issue a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.
✔ Incorrect Item Received – If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange for a free exchange or full refund.
✔ Change of Mind – We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or change of mind, but we may approve exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us – Email info@onexcity.xyz or call 845-256-3081 within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
2️⃣ Receive Return Authorization – If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the Product – Pack the item securely in its original packaging, write the RA number on the package, and send it to the provided return address.
4️⃣ Inspection and Processing – Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 7-14 business days.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
❌ Used hair dryers unless found defective upon arrival.
❌ Gift cards or promotional items.
❌ Products purchased from unauthorized retailers.
❌ Final sale or clearance items.
5. Warranty and Replacements
All ONEXCITY hair dryers come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. If your product stops working due to a manufacturing issue within this period, we will provide a free replacement.
✔ Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
✔ To claim a replacement, contact our support team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please follow these steps:
✔ Check your bank account – Some refunds take time to reflect.
✔ Contact your payment provider – Credit card companies and banks may take extra processing time.
✔ Reach out to us – If you still have not received your refund, email info@onexcity.xyz, and we will assist you.
7. Order Cancellations
✔ Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
✔ If the order has already shipped, you must wait to receive it and request a return under our standard policy.
8. International Returns
✔ Customers outside the United States are responsible for international return shipping fees and customs duties.
✔ We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
